What do I need to verify my ID?

You’ll need your mobile phone that has a front facing camera (for a selfie) and access to your emails. You’ll also need a current photo ID (such as a driver licence, proof of age card, or your Australia or international passport).

Please note, our call centre staff are unable to complete this process for you and it will need to be done via your mobile phone.
