What if I don’t want to use Face ID on my device?

A Face ID offers greater security than a PIN and is our recommended option for secure banking. Biometrics are also helpful in protecting you from phishing scams.

Please know we don’t collect any of your biometric information or share it with any third parties.

If you want to disable Face ID, you can follow the steps below on your device:

  1. Head to “Settings”
  2. Select “Face ID & Passcode”
  3. Select “Reset Face ID”
