How do I manage my passkeys?

You can manage the passkeys enabled to your ubank account in the app. Simply:

  1. Tap ‘Settings’
  2. Select ‘Security’ and you’ll see your device(s)

Delete any devices that you don’t use by tapping the bin and following the steps.

For added security, we’ll notify you via email whenever new passkeys are added to your ubank app.

To help protect you from fraud and scams, you should regularly check the passkeys enabled to your ubank app and delete any devices you don’t recognise. If you don’t recognise a device, please call us on 13 30 80 in Australia (or +61 2 9070 0202 if you’re overseas) to notify us. We’re available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday (Sydney time).
