To enter the Prize Draw, an Eligible Entrant must hold a Ubank Bills account (individual and/or Shared with another Eligible Entrant) at the end of the Competition Period.
Incomplete or illegible entries including restricted accounts will be deemed invalid, as will any entries that are reasonably considered by the Promoter to include content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
To enter the Competition, you must be:
- 16 years old or older;
- an Australian citizen or permanent resident with an Australian residential address; and
- not be an Ineligible Entrant as set out below.
The following people are not eligible to enter:
- Employees and contractors of the agencies or companies associated with the competition.
- Employees and contractors of the Promoter and any affiliated entities.
Yes, the competition is open to entrants from any state or territory.
One per individual Bills account.
Where an Eligible Entrant also holds a Shared Bills account with another Eligible Entrant, they will also receive one joint entry in relation to each such account.
The competition starts on 1 November 2024 at 12:01 am (Sydney) time and ends on 5 January 2025 at 11:59pm (Sydney) time.

Winners will be selected at random using a random electronic draw system.
The first Eligible Entrant (or Eligible Entrants where the entry is a joint entry) selected will win one (1) Prize.
The second Eligible Entrant (or Eligible Entrants where the entry is a joint entry) selected will also win one (1) Prize.
There are two Prizes to be won.
Each Prize is $10,000 which will be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the Ubank Bills account that the winning entry is associated with within one (1) week of:
- the Winner/s meeting any conditions for claiming the Prize as set out below, or if no such conditions apply, within one (1) week of the Winner/s being first notified that they have won.
If Ubank cannot make this payment as contemplated as a result of the relevant l Bills account no longer being open, the Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, where the winning entry is a joint entry (related to a Shared Bills account), the Prize will be paid into the Shared account and shared by both Shared account holders.
The total prize pool is valued at $20,000 (incl GST).
Winners will be notified on 28/1/2025 by phone and email.
Yes. Winners will be published on ubank.com.au no later than 28/2/2025.
If the Winner (or a joint winner) is under 18 years of age, for the Prize to be claimed, that Winner must provide acceptable evidence to the Promoter, within two (2) weeks for first being notified that they have won, that their parent/guardian consents to them claiming their Prize. If they do not provide this within the specified timeframe, they will be taken to have forfeited their Prize.
They will be redrawn at Ubank, 2 Carrington St, Sydney, NSW 2000 on March 21st 2025 at 10am.
If a Winner is selected via an Unclaimed Draw they will be notified on 28/3/2025 by phone and email, and their details will be published on ubank.com.au no later than 28/4/2025.
No, there is no entry fee or costs associated with claiming the Prize.
Any personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter and its related entities solely for the purpose of running and administering the competition.

General
- These Conditions of Entry must be read together with the Schedule. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of the Applicable State/s who comply with the Entry Requirements (if any). Entries submitted by Ineligible Entrants are not accepted. If entry is permitted to persons under 18, those entrants must first obtain consent of their parent or guardian.
- The competition will be run during the Competition Period. Entries received after the Competition Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
Entry
- To enter, entrants must follow the Entry Method. Entrants may only submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using automated entry means or a computer entry service.
Prize Draw
- All valid entries received will be entered into the draw and the winner will be drawn as set out in the Schedule. Unless otherwise stated, Prize Draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises.
Winner
- The Winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Schedule.
- The Winner(s) must claim the Prize within the Claim Period. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the Prize once it has left the Promoter’s or supplier’s premises.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter also reserves the rights not to deliver the Prize to a Winner where delivering/providing a prize to the Winner would cause the Promotor to breach or likely to breach of any Australian law.
- If the Winner is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, the Winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter will conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw in accordance with the Schedule to determine a substitute Winner, and award the Prize accordingly.
- Winners will be notified on the Notification Date by the Notification Method described in the Schedule and their names published by the Publication Method and on the Publication Date.
Prize
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a part of the Prize at the time set by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit that part.
- The value of the Prize is the recommended retail price as provided by the supplier (inclusive of GST) and is correct as at the start of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in Prize value.
- If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter will substitute it for one of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter does not warrant and makes no representations that any Prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability of the Promoter and its associated agencies is limited to the re-supply of the Prize or the cost of its re-supply.
- The Promotor accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of Prize winnings. Winners should obtain independent tax advice to determine how this may affect their circumstances.
Risk and liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the suppliers, agencies and other companies involved in this Competition assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
- If this Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including as a result of technical failures, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or change the Competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents exclude liability for all loss (including loss of data, unauthorised access to data and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury suffered or incurred arising out of, or in connection with, this Competition (including in relation to the Winner’s participation in this Competition and use of the Prize).
Other
- Any disputes regarding this competition or the claiming of a Prize should be promptly raised with the Promoter, in writing, using the contact details set out in these terms. The Promoter will consider the merits of the dispute in good faith, and where a dispute is considered valid, will take reasonable steps to address the issue raised.
